AQUUS Energy mission statement

Our goal is to become the leading commercial and residential solar energy systems integrator in the Mid Atlantic and Northeast regions. We currently have operations in Connecticut, New Jersey and New York. The solar energy systems we install may be Photovoltaic (“PV”) systems for the production of electricity or solar thermal systems used for the production of heat that helps our commercial and residential customers produce hot water thereby reducing their reliance on gas or oil.

As a solar energy systems integrator, we provide the following services to our customers:

• Provide solar energy system design solutions that maximize the system’s benefits and aesthetics based upon our customer’s location and site conditions;

• Procure all of the equipment and components for our customer’s solar energy system;

• Obtain the required local zoning approvals as well as building, electrical and other permits;

• Install the solar energy system;

• Connect the solar energy system to the electric utility grid network;

• Assist in obtaining tax rebates, tax credits and other federal, state and local financial incentives associated with the solar energy system;

• Assist our customers in obtaining financing for the purchase of the solar energy system;

• Provide post installation warranty of the solar energy system;

• Maintain and monitor the solar energy system after installation;

• Provide additional alternative energy system enhancements, including but not limited to solar hot water systems, efficient lighting solutions, back-up generators, solar thermal and energy efficiency audits; and

• Explore other renewable energy opportunities such as small wind, geothermal, efficient LED lighting, fuel cells and other opportunities.

Who is AQUUS Energy?

Founded in 2007, AQUUS Energy, Inc (www.aquusenergy.com) seeks to be the high quality, cost efficient integrator of solar energy systems and is initially focused on commercial and residential customers located in the Mid Atlantic and Northeast regions of the U.S. We intend to grow organically by expanding our footprint around anchor acquisitions and by offering creative financing options and a breadth of products and services. Aquus Energy intends to acquire and integrate leading, profitable and well-respected solar energy system integrators into a well financed and technically savvy company, while building a brand name known for quality and reliability.

Acquired Companies:

Mercury was formed in 2006 and is headquartered in New Rochelle, New York. Mercury designs, installs and maintains solar energy and related renewable energy systems for commercial and residential customers in New York and Connecticut. Mercury is a Premier SunPower integrator in southern New York. Mercury has established sales policies and procedures, a project management system. and utilizes an Auto CAD system for project design.

Energy Enterprises was formed in 1994 and has its principal office in Mays Landing, New Jersey. Energy Enterprises is one of the leading companies providing solar energy services in the New Jersey market. Energy Enterprises’s business is the design, installation and maintenance of solar energy and renewable energy systems for residential and commercial customers in Southern New Jersey. Energy Enterprises is a Premier level partner of SunPower. We believe it will provide us the opportunity to develop our commercial business in the southern New Jersey market.
